Welcome. In this particular unit, we’re going to be examining the New Testament and breaking it into two different parts. The first part is going to be the gospels and the Book of Acts, and the second part are going to be the epistles and the book of Revelation. Some of the things that we’re going to look at, particularly with the gospels and the Book of Acts, are interpreting a story. A story is very much an important part of understanding scripture. The whole set of gospels and the Book of Acts, they’re all stories. So what do we need to know in interpreting those properly? And then we’re going to dabble into the epistles and Revelation. What are the four different views of interpreting Revelation, and how does that fit in with the things that we’ve learned? Look forward to learning this with you.
