UNIT 6 LESSON 1

Introduction

John Buckley

The unfailing God of reminders. Deuteronomy. It’s often a hard book to pronounce, but it’s not hard to understand why God used this book to be the wrap up of the Pentateuch. We get to hear as finally Moses wraps up his time on earth and is asked specifically by God to create reminders and memories for the Israelite nation, so that when he passes off the scene, they are constantly reminded of what happens if they choose to obey God as well as if they choose to disobey God. And of course, there’s rich reminders for us today on how we should be living in obedience to Christ.
